Ruusuniemi offers an inspiring setting for meetings and parties, where guests can arrive by car or boat. Our kitchen will prepare high-quality cuisine by request, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. We also offer a marvelous selection of wines and other drinks for different occasions.
Our stylish, private setting is highly versatile: here, you can organize high level meetings, stylish customer events and kick-offs, joyful office parties from Christmas to summer, or legendary crayfish parties and weddings.

PRICING AND EXAMPLES
Ruusuniemi can only be rented for private use. We are happy to assist in planning your event and offer additional activities and boat rides for a sea voyage in accordance to your wishes. Our premises are fully equipped.
Below, you will find our pricing, as well as a few examples of our most popular events. If you have any additional wishes or questions, please contact us! We will gladly tailor an offer according to your specific needs.
PARTY RENT (4 p.m.–11 p.m.)
Ruusuniemi is suitable for many kinds of parties and events. Our party rent includes the cost of the space as well as the services of the host in charge of the spaces and technology. The party rent is calculated for the time from 4 p.m.–11 p.m., but the starting or ending times can be changed as needed according to the nature of the event.

*The party rent amount is determined by the number of attendees. The minimum rent is €1590.00 + VAT for events of up to 25 people, after which €25.00 + VAT will be charged for each additional person.
SAUNA AND POOL AREA
€500.00 + VAT (price includes towels and soaps)

CONFERENCE RENT (8 a.m.–4 p.m.)
Ruusuniemi offers an atmospheric and inspiring setting for conferences. It’s easy to get to Ruusuniemi by car or by boat. Our kitchen will prepare delicious food for meetings, from breakfast to lunch and coffee. The conference rent is calculated for the time between 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

When the occasion calls for an entire day spent in one place, full day rent is the most cost-effective solution.

Ruusuniemi is located at the tip of the peninsula in Vuosaari, Helsinki, about a 20 minute drive from the city center or an hour by boat from Kauppatori. There are plenty of parking spaces near the building, as well as our own wharf for those arriving by boat.
